Chief of Republic of Korea Defense Security Command visits the Vietnam Military History Museum
On a working visit to Vietnam, in the morning on 26th June 2018, Lieutenant General Lee Suk-koo, Chief of Republic of Korea Defense Security Command, and his military delegation visited the Vietnam Military History Museum (VMHM). Lieutenant Colonel Mai Thi Ngoc – the vice director of VMHM welcomed and guided the delegation to the museum.
At the reception, on behalf of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, Lieutenant Colonel Mai Thi Ngoc welcomed the delegation. After being heard an overview about the formation and development of the museum, the delegation visited the indoor and outdoor exhibition system, especially the images and objects in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign and Ho Chi Minh Campaign.
Lieutenant Colonel Mai Thi Ngoc guided the delegation to visit the museum.
Lieutenant General Lee Suk-koo expressed his admiration for the courageous fighting spirit of the Vietnamese troops and the glorious victories in the history fighting against foreign invaders from the reign of King Hung Vuong to the Ho Chi Minh era.
Finishing the visit, Lieutenant Colonel Mai Thi Ngoc sent the besh wishes to Lieutenant-General Lee Suk-koo with his delegation and wished that they would have the best time in their business in Vietnam.
